Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use vithuproai.com, register for a free masterclass, or buy a paid workshop from Vithupro Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("VithuPro", "we", "us"). By registering or paying, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Delivery Policy.

1. Our programmes

• Free masterclass: a live online session of about 60 minutes. A replay may be shared for a limited time.
• Paid workshop: a live online programme (currently 3 sessions) held on Zoom or a similar platform, with recordings, learning materials and access to a student community, as described on the programme page at the time you buy.

We may update the content, tools covered or trainers to keep programmes current, without reducing the overall value of what you bought.

2. Eligibility and registration

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent. Give accurate details, especially your WhatsApp number, because join links and updates are sent there. Your seat is personal: you may not share your join links, recordings or community access with anyone else.

3. Fees and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown on the programme page and in your payment link. All prices include 18% GST.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation message.
• Early-bird and promotional prices are valid only until the stated deadline and cannot be combined unless we say so.
• Payment links expire. If yours expires, ask us for a new one; the current price will apply.

4. Schedule changes

We may reschedule a session for reasons such as trainer illness or technical problems. We will tell you as early as possible, and you can choose the new date, a later batch, or a refund as set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Recordings and materials

Recordings and materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we continue to offer the programme and host its recordings; if we stop, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can review them. You may not download (unless we enable it), record, copy, resell, publish or share sessions or materials.

6. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued to participants who attend at least 2 of the 3 live sessions (or meet the criteria stated for the programme). It is a certificate of participation from VithuPro, not a degree or a qualification recognised by any government body or university.

7. Conduct

Be respectful in sessions and community groups. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares inappropriate content, spams, or breaks these terms, without a refund.

8. No guaranteed results

We teach practical skills, but results depend on your effort, work and circumstances. Time-saving figures, examples and calculator estimates on our pages are illustrations, not promises of specific outcomes, income or employment.

9. Third-party tools

Programmes use third-party tools (for example ChatGPT, Canva, n8n, Zapier, Zoom). Their availability, pricing and terms are set by those companies. We are not responsible for changes to them or for how you use them. Never paste confidential or personal data you aren't allowed to share into AI tools.

10. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive messages about your registration, sessions and payments on WhatsApp, SMS and email, and information about our programmes. Reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out of promotional messages.

11. Intellectual property

All content, branding, slides, prompts and templates belong to Vithupro Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Work you create during the programme belongs to you.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device or third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders or widespread platform outages. In that case we will reschedule or offer the options in our Refund Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first: most issues are solved quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
