Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10 October 2026
Vithupro Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("VithuPro", "we", "us") runs online AI training programmes, including free live masterclasses and paid live workshops, through vithuproai.com and WhatsApp. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. Data we collect
- Details you give us: name, WhatsApp/mobile number, email address, profession, and what you want to learn, when you fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, or submit a Meta lead form.
- Conversations: messages you send to our WhatsApp number or social media accounts.
- Programme data: the batch or masterclass you registered for, whether you joined a session (recorded when you open your personal join link), and your attendance and certificate status.
- Payment data: payment status, amount, Razorpay payment ID and date. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. These are handled by Razorpay.
- Technical and marketing data: the ad or link that brought you to us (for example campaign name), your IP address (used briefly to block spam submissions), and cookies or similar technology used by the Meta Pixel on our pages to measure our ads.
2. Why we use it
- To register you, send your join links, reminders, batch details and payment links, and run the masterclass or workshop you signed up for.
- To answer your questions, including through an automated WhatsApp assistant (see section 4), and to let a counsellor follow up with you.
- To process payments, issue receipts and invoices, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To send you information about our programmes. You can stop this at any time (section 7).
- To measure which ads and pages work, prevent spam and misuse, and improve our programmes.
We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit a form or message us, and where needed to perform our agreement with you or to comply with law.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the programmes, under their own privacy and security terms:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) | Messaging, lead forms, ad measurement (Meta Pixel) |
| Razorpay | Payments, receipts |
| Google (Workspace / Sheets) | Storing registration and lead records |
| OpenAI | Generating automated chat replies and sorting enquiries (section 4) |
| Zoom or YouTube | Hosting live sessions and recordings |
| Hosting providers (e.g. Hostinger, our cloud server) | Running our website and automation systems |
Some of these providers process data outside India. We use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Automated replies and AI
Our WhatsApp and social media assistants use AI to answer common questions quickly, and AI helps us sort enquiries so the right counsellor can follow up. Your message and basic registration details are sent to our AI provider for this purpose. A human counsellor is always available: reply 1 on WhatsApp to talk to a person. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and registration data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, payment and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (generally 8 years), and session join records for up to 12 months. After that we delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we must keep it by law.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrator access and regular backups to protect your data. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
7. Your rights and choices
- Stop messages: reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time. Reply START to resume.
- Access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent: email vithuproinstitute@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything done before, and we may not be able to run a programme for you without basic contact details.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated.
- Complain: contact our Grievance Officer (section 9). If you're not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Our programmes are meant for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may join only with the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, who should contact us at vithuproinstitute@gmail.com first. We do not knowingly track or target advertising at children.
