Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes, automations use the official WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta. We help you set it up on your existing number or a new one, and get your message templates approved.
Can the AI reply in Hindi?
Yes. It replies in the language the customer writes in: Hindi, English or Hinglish.
What if the AI doesn't know an answer?
It only answers from the information you approve. For anything else, it tells the customer a team member will reply, and alerts your team.
Who owns the data?
You do. Leads and conversations are stored in your own Google Sheet and Meta accounts. If you stop working with us, everything stays with you.
